The goal of the study was the prediction and experimental confirmation of mechanisms of cardiovascular action of the compounds from the group of substituted thiadiazines.
According to the previous results, compounds from the group of group of substituted thiadiazines inhibited apoptosis, supported and strengthened lymphopoiesis in the thymus caused by immobilization stress, lowered glucose levels and ACT. Introduction of the compounds in experimental myocardial infarction delayed exudative/alternative phase of inflammation, accelerated granulocytic and had decreased the inflammation and anti-inflammation interleukins levels.
According to the results of pharmacological evaluation in vivo, substituted thiadiazine-amines possessed a combination of properties of choline-, adrenergic- and serotonin blockers.
Thus, the results of the study described substituted thiadiazines as potential anti-stress and cardiovascular agents.
