| | Dr.
Gian Mario Tiboni received his medical degree from the University
of Bologna (Italy) and then held residency in Obstetrics and
Gynecology at the University of Chieti Pescara. He currently
covers the position of researcher and aggregate professor
of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Chieti-Pescara
(Italy). Dr. Tiboni has conducted research trainings in teratology
at the Children's Hospital Medical Center of the University
of Cincinnati, Ohio U.S.A. and at the School of Public Health
of University of California, Los Angeles, U.S.A. He is also
the chief of the center of infertility and assisted reproduction
at the University of Chieti Pescara. He has several years
of experience in research areas of developmental toxicology
and Infertility and a 15 years of experience in teaching.
Since 11 years, he has been a member of the academic faculty
at the University of Chieti-Pescara (Italy). He is the Council
Member of the European Teratology Society (ETS) and a secretariat
of the Italian Society of Reproductive toxicology. He is also
the Editorial Board member of the journal, Reproductive Toxicology,
and the Executive Guest Editor of the journal, Current Pharmaceutical
Design. He is the member of several scientific societies including
the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology,
the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Teratology
Society, and the European Teratology Society. Dr. Tiboni is
the author of more than 40 refereed journal papers and book
chapters. |
