We present a clinical case of a 26-year male who experienced a total penile amputation and his later reconstruction with free-patch from the forearm and microsurgical anastomosis of arteries, veins and nerves, making way for a penis with sensitivity.
Subsequently, performed an implant of a prosthetic hydraulic penile, restoring the whole functionality of the penis.
The patient currently has erections, orgasm and anterograde ejaculation and we confirm that satisfaction is total for him and his partner.
