The Aim Of Our Investigations Is Elaboration Of New
Methods For Production Of Biodegradable Polymers Which Undergo Hydrolytic
Biodegradation To Harmless Dismissed Or Assimilated By Organism
Products. These Polymers Will Be Used For Preparation Of Drug-Polymer
Conjugates Unit Through Tying Of Drug With Biodegradable Polymers
And To Production Of Other Materials For Medicine And Pharmacy.
The Aim Of Such Strategy Is Better Control Of Dosage And Prolongation
Time Of Drug Activity.
To Realizing This Project It Is Necessary To Use Appropriate Biodegradable
Polymers And Pharmacological Active Substance With Suitable Function
Groups, With Linker, Making Possible Its Recognizing Between Themselves.
Hydroxyl Or Carboxyl Group Of Active Substance Exemplifies The Part
Of Linkers, Which Should Be Set Free Gradually And Direct, E.G.
To Infected Cells.
We Describe Our Initial Studies On The Development Of Novel Magnesium
And Zinc Initiators [(L2)2mg2bu2] (1) And [(L2)2mg] (2) And [(L2)Zn2et2]
(3) Where L2 = Prih Or Welh (Prih = 1.1-Diphenyl-3-(Piperidine-1-Yl)Propane-1-Ol;
Welh = (Rs)-1-[2- (Dimethylamino)-1-(4-Methoxyphenyl)Ethyl]Cyclohexanol)
And Their Catalytic Behaviors In The Rop Of Lactides. Note That
Prih Is Used As A Drug In Parkinson Disease And Welh As A Drug In
Antidepression Disease
