Genetic Vaccine Decision Support System

GeVaDSs is a web-based internet platform, accessible for scientific
community where you can at the same time find the description of stored
experiments, create new experiments and store experimental data, as
well as visualise and cross-compare the results of these experiments
generated during genetic vaccine development process. It allows also
for efficient storage, integration, retrieval of data, and moreover,
for intelligent association and interpretation of data, and thus for
knowledge-based generation of testable hypotheses of immune responses
to antigens. One of the main feature of GeVaDSs is a standardization
of the way immunological experiments are proceeded and described.
GeVaDSs allows not only for confident comparison of experiments and
analysis of the results, but also delivers detailed description of
experiments (immunization protocol, results, analysis). Currently,
GeVaDSs contains more than 100 different vaccine vectors expressing
the same antigens, including the results of the cellular and humo
l immune responses and gene profile per vector. GeVaDSs can be a representative
platform for new ways of genetic vaccine development. The system is
accessible at http://gevads.cs.put.poznan.pl
