Purpose: The aim of the research was to estimate the destructivity
and psychotic reactions in the differential groups of samples. We
also estimated the manifestations of psychopathology in potential
spectrum of psychotic reactions.
Methodology: The sample consisted of
young adolescents, chronologically distributed up to 26 years old,
with both gender distribution treated at the Institute for Psychiatric
Disorders "Dr Laza Lazarevic" - Belgrade, Serbia (N=161).
We implemented the standard method of neuropsychiatry interview and
psychological tests such as Rorschach, Mahover, VITI, MMPI 2.
Results: The results of statistical analysis point out the
presence of tested disorders in a wide range and different degree
of complexity at the different degree of complexity and different
tested groups (Person's Chi Square = 8.059, df = 1, and Contingency
Coefficient = 0.218).
Conclusion: Up to half of the tested samples (60%) manifested
the destructivity and auto destructivity at the observed behavior.
We also concluded about the necessity of implementation of drug therapy
such as antipsychotic therapy (Risperidon) and Aniepileptic therapy
vs. mood stabilizer (Lamotrigine) used as psycho pharmacotherapy for
new generation to control behavioral and psychotic reactions.
