convenience of the participants and daily transportation to and for
congress venue is provided complimentary by the Organizers.

How
to reserve a room
We strongly recommend
that hotel accommodation is booked early and will be happy to be of any
assistance in all matters concerning hotel reservations for the
Conference.
Each participant will
receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the
hotel. Hotel reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the payment of
the whole stay payable by credit card or bank transfer within 10 working days
from the day of booking.
If hotel reservation
is made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the corresponding
hotel confirmation directly from the sponsoring company.

Cancellation of Accommodation

changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email to MICE
International. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Late arrival /early
departure fee: If you arrive late or
during the night, please note that you have to book one night earlier and in
advance as check in time is 14.00hrs. In the event of non-arrival, the hotel
will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be
non-refundable.
People of all
nationalities may get a Visa to enter UAE. The validity is for 14 days
from the date of issuance and its duration of stay is 14 days from the day of
entry.

Procedure:

Only those who reserve a hotel room
are eligible to apply for a UAE visa through MICE International.
o
Each applicant needs to fill in a
visa column on the booking page. Our consultants will contact you once visa
application is received.
o
In addition to the Visa application
form, a colored copy of your passport’s information page is required including
the passport’s expiry date page as well as a clear color photograph of
dimensions 4.3 cm x 5.5 cm is also required. The photograph should be in JPG
format
o
Processing of Visas will begin the
next working day after receiving the application.
o
The application takes 48 hours to complete (excluding
weekends) from the date of the application. However this is subject to the
Issuing Committee.
o
The Visa fee is USD 124 which is payable on-line.
Visa Cancellation
Policy:
No refund will be
granted for any visa once visa is issued.
No refund will be
granted if a visa is denied by the Emigration Authorities.
Important notes:
o
The passport must be valid for a
minimum 6 months prior to travel.
o
The visa issuance is subject to approval by Department of
Security.
o
The Bearer of a Visa permit is not
allowed to work, paid or unpaid.
o
If the guest exceeds the limit of the
Visa duration, a penalty will be imposed on the guest by the immigration
authority at the time of their exit. MICE International will debit a fine of USD 1,505/- per Visa application
if this occurs.

DUBAI
CITY TOUR – Old & New Dubai

Discover the new
and old Dubai. Our route takes us to some of Dubai's beautiful landmarks.
The most magnificent Jumeirah Mosque built in 1979 designed in the style of
Fatimi mosques in Egypt. (Tourists who wish to visit the mosques should wear
appropriate clothing like trouser, long sleeves and scarf for ladies. Open for
public only on Sunday and Thursday.)
We stop at Jumeirah Public Beach, passing by Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and stop for
photography at Burj Al Arab, the most luxurious and tallest standing hotel in
the world. We then continue our journey and pass by the Sheikh's Mohamed
Palace, then take a short break by the creak to view the amazing architecture
of Deira Towers. Next we visit the fascinating underground Dubai Museum housed
in the Al Fahidi Fort, built in 1800 from sea rocks and gypsum to defend the
city. Inside, feel the cooling effect of an old wind tower; wander past
cabinets housing traditional khanjars (curved daggers) as well as musical
instruments dated 300 B.Cs.
While in the basement you could view film of Dubai dated 1930’s, market life
from 1950s, desert life, and learn how the early pearl divers risked their
lives for the bounty of the Gulf water. Pots, weapons, tombs, jewelry found
during the 3rd B.Cs. We continue passing by the colorful textile market,
finally stopping at the Gold Souq and find ourselves amazed at the sheer volume
of dazzling gold jewelry.

DESERT SAFARI

Desert Safari – full of fun adventure and exciting where you
experience the thrill of a roller coaster ride on the sand dunes. We stop on
the highest sand dune to view the beautiful sunset for some breathtaking
photographs and refresh your selves with mineral water.
We then continue our journey to our Bedouin Campsite located
in the heart of the Desert, where soft drink, water, tea or coffees are
available for you to choose from. Camel rides waits for you. Trial of local
smoking called Shisha or Hubbly Bubbly on different flavors. While you relax
and recline in the tents or tables with carpet and pillows a delicious BBQ is
being prepared under the starlit sky. Adding to the atmosphere of the night, an
enchanting belly dancer shows a fascinating dance to a rhythm of an Arabic

Located at the Atlantis Hotel, this extraordinary water park
presents an exciting fusion of a water park and an aquarium. With a variety of
water adventures and the wonders of aquatic life, this unique water park is
truly worth a visit.
Note: No transportation is arranged for this tour. Participants need to
arrange their own transfers to the Atlantis hotel but taxis are available on
standby at the hotels.
