Abstract:

Bleeding is one of most important inta- and post-surgical complications, such as to compromise the surgery outcome or such as to produce a systemic damage. The problem, moreover, is further deteriorated in patients with coagulation's disorders. The new anti-coagulation drugs introduction will produce significant variations for the clinical approach to the “frail” patient. The Goal of the Lecture is that, also between a cases series and a small Literature Review, to describe the State of Art, to give you useful elements with a large evidence-based medicine for a good daily practice.
