Abstract:

The aim of our study is the evaluation of diazinon effect on some biochemical and histopathological parameters in wistar rats.
Our experimental study was preformed on 20 mals rats divided into two groups, control group and diazinon treated group (DZN group) which administrate the diazinon in drinking water at the level of 10mg/kg body weight for 21 days.

The results obtained showed a reduction of body weight in DZN group comparatively with control one. At the same all biochemical parameters was affect, in which appeared increases in glucose blood level, créatinine as will as the enzymatic activity of transaminase TGO, TGP blood level, however blood cholesterol level was decreases; this disturbances noted in DZN rats group are also compared to control group.

In the contrary the result showed minor histological liver abnormalities were limited to blood congestion with vasodilatation as well as cellular necrosis compared to the histology of kidneys where including distruption in the glomeruli, haemorrhage and vascular degeneration.
