You are fully responsible for all acts, decisions and/or lack thereof arising from your decision to register and attend the Conference whether as a participant or an exhibitor, including but not limited to any and all costs needed to comply with local law, the venue’s guidelines for building facilities requirements, and costs arising in connection with any act or omission leading to a claim of any sort by Eureka Science, Ltd., the venue or any third party. The organizers are not liable for any injury or damage involving persons and property during the conference. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip, together with any third party liability cover as may be appropriate for exhibitors.
